New Life in Japan
It has been over a week since my last blog post. With that being said, I would like to apologize. I just moved here in Japan. I have been a busy bee for the past few days. I went to the city hall in Ikebukuro to register as a resident here, which I successfully did without a hassle. I had trainings, welcome parties and the like. That is how busy my life is here. I am not complaining, okay? In fact, I am ecstatic being here as an English teacher. What a great feeling knowing you can help individuals to be globally competitive. My mission is not possible. With God’s help, I will definitely hit the mark. God willing.
By the way, our boss is very generous. He prepared a mansion for us seven teachers. It is big, equipped with facilities even with various food stocked in the cupboard. He even cooked for us together with his wife. I personally not used to being served because I am the one who does the work at home and even take care of my parents. So, I am very surprised and undoubtedly grateful for their hospitality. I guess my stay here will be something worth the distance. No matter how far I am from my family and boyfriend, my heart tells me that it is going to be worth it. Japan is now my second home.🇯🇵
